Q: Are you manufacturer?

A: Yes, we are manufacturer located in Foshan city (one hour from GUAGNZHOU airport). Warmly welcome to visit our factory.

Q: Whats the scale of your factory?

A: Our factory occupies a total area of 35,000㎡ with over 120 staffs, including 20+ R&D engineers and 15+after sales technicians. Find more about us »

Q: What are your main products?

A: We produce metal working machine including metal cutting machine, welding machine, chamfering machine, bending machine, etc. We are also specially good at customizing fully automatic metal processing production lines.

Q: How can I get the solution and price?

A: We need you offer your product drawing, size and processing requirement to provide the solution and make offer. Please contact our Commercial Specialist for further discussion.

Q: Can I change or add something on the machine?

A: Yes, we offer custom service. We will charge appropriate cost based on customized requirement.

Q: How can I start up the machine?

A: We provide user manual, machine installation & operation videos for each machine, and offer free training in our factory. Our engineer or local partner will offer on-site service (by charges) if needed.

Q: What’s your payment term?

A: T/T 30% deposit before production, pay off balance before delivery.

Q: How long is the warranty?

A: 12 months for whole machine, 2 years for laser source and lifetime maintenance service.

Q: How long is the lead time?

A: 15-30 days for standard machine, 2-3 months for customized machine.
