1) Transport and shipment cost

SteviS: The machine isn't equipped with a fully automatic loader, so the machine dimension is 2160*140*200mm, just only 6cbm. You can see it is not a big area and the transportation cost to new location is small.

2) With the floor layout of the machine, do you need to get to the back of the machine for servicing? Can I have the back of the machine close to the wall?

SteviS: It is recommended to leave a space of 2 meters between the machine and the wall.

3) I would be interested in coming to the factory to get training as we done have a laser here and have not used one before.

SteviS: We all welcome you to come to our factory. Once confirm the machine order, we will arrange production immediately, and then we will invite you to come when machine is finished. I am Looking forward to seeing you at that time.

4) Conditions for placing the machine

SteviS:

1: There should be enough space and a flat floor. Please kindly check the attachment for "machine layout".
2: Keep it as clean as possible and as dust-free as possible.
3: The ambient temperature should not be too hot.

5) With regards to the technical training offered, is that done online or should I attend your factory for training?

SteviS: If you have experience in operating laser machines before, it is easy for you to start and run our ST-FL40. If not, that is ok, we can also offer online support to you.

Considering that if it is your first time to use our laser tube cutting machine, we recommend sending our engineer to your factory for installation, debugging and providing training, which will be helpful for machine subsequent usage. Or you can come to our factory for training.

6) In Australia we have 240V single phase power and 415V three phase power. I see your machine required 380V 3 phase.

SteviS: Yes, our machine standard Voltage is 380V 50HZ 3phase. Generally, we will recommend customers to use voltage stabilizer to make sure offer stable power to the machine. Our voltage stabilizer is suitable for 380V-430V, so it can fit to use our machine in your country.
