Provide high-precision tube laser cutting machine with EU standards for Italian customer

Company R based in Italy specializing in the production and processing of small-diameter stainless steel tubes and related precision products used in medical and instrumentation industries. Occupies an area of approximately 7000 square meters.

Previously used various lathes to process micro tube products for their customers, ensuring high precision. But the customer was facing significant tool replacement costs.

Therefore, the customer has considered introducing laser tube cutting machines 4 years ago, but most laser machine manufacturers did not produce fiber laser machine suitable for cutting precision metal tubes.

Two years ago, the customer discovered that we have high-precision laser tube cutting machine designed specifically for small-diameter tube cutting through our company's official website.

Although initial assessments revealed that our equipment did not yet comply with EU standards, the customer still reached out to inquire about the possibility of retrofitting the machine to meet the standards.

The customer made the following requests to us:

Our R&D department provided a customized solution to meet the customer's needs, including 1 set of ST-FL40F automatic high-precision micro tube laser cutting machine with safety cover, 1 set of dust collector and mesh fences with emergency stop button.

We also provide free tube sample cutting service, and we have collaborated with a local after-sales service provider to ensure the customer received the necessary support and training.
