Customized 12-meter automatic loading tube laser cutting off machine for Russian scaffolding factory

Customer T is a factory that produces scaffolding, located in Kazan, Russia.

Before purchasing automatic laser pipe cutting machine, the customer was using 1 set of CNC automatic circular saw pipe cutting machine and 1 set of manually loaded round pipe laser cutting off machine.

Since last year, the customer have developed their business to other CIS countries, including Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Belarus, etc..

In order to increase production capacity, the customer planed to move the pipe cutting process to a new factory workshop.

Customers also discovered that their operator was busy unloading the pipes that were being brought in. and also the operator wastes time when loading a bundle of pipes for cutting.

Therefore, in order to save labor costs and improve cutting efficiency, the customer plans to arrange for a completely independent worker to operate the new, efficient and fully automatic tube laser cutting machine.

The customer also wants to increase cutting by reducing the time for unloading pipes, so that the machine operator works more.

Since the raw material length is up to 12 meters, the customer is very cautious in choosing suppliers.
