Pre-sales service:

Online troubleshooting: In the pre-sales stage, we prioritize understanding the specific needs of our customers.

Provide solutions: We offer efficient and cost-effective machines and solutions tailored to meet the requirements of each customer.

Effect drawing of product customization: If you have any requirement about appearance ( Including colors and logos), we can provide free design and confirm with you before ordering.

Free samples: If you can provide us with samples for testing, you only need to bear the shipping cost of sending the samples. We will conduct free testing for you after receiving the samples.

In-sales service:

Report production progress: Upon order confirmation, we establish a VIP group for each customer, providing regular updates on the production progress.

QC report: After production completion, we share photos and testing videos for customer inspection and approval.

Package confirmation & Packing list: We provide a comprehensive shipment checklist and confirm with customer before loading to container.

To ensure all requirement items are load in full without any missing parts, we will prepare a signed checklist for every single items that we are going to load in the container.

Then upon receiving and opem container, customer can based on our checklist to check 1 by 1 ensure all parts received in full without missed out.

Container loading confirmation: We provide photos and videos of the equipment being shipped. And we will arrange a video throughout the loading process to ensure no damage happened during loading.

After-sales service:

Installation & operation training: Installation diagrams, videos, user manuals, warranty cards, and other necessary documentation are included will be sent to customer after the shipment.

We also welcome you and your engineers come to our factory to have free training. After you have completed the operation and maintenance education and passed the examination, we will issue a completion certificate.

One-to-one after-sales service team: Upon receiving the machine, our professional after-sales team provides online guidance for installation and commissioning. Our after-sales team is proficient in English, ensuring smooth communication with customers.

Quick online technical support: 24 hours online service. You can contact our after-sales team at any time even on weekends.

Local service: If on-site service is required, even for a single machine, we offer this service at no additional cost, with the customer only responsible for covering travel, accommodation and service expenses. Additionally, our after-sales team offers offline training services to further support our customers post-purchase.

These commitments demonstrate our commitment to providing a seamless and customer-centric experience throughout the entire sales process, from pre-sales consultation to after-sales support and service.
